Through story-telling and interactive technology, the Right 2 Read Foundation is developing a literacy application that will improve students’ vocabulary and reading comprehension by giving them the words, practices, and methods necessary to improve their ability to understand and manage their emotions and self-expression through literacy.

R2R holds annual Book Drives which supply local elementary schools with  gently used books donated by members of the community. These books of various topics and genres, that are distributed among  students in under-served communities, give them the tools they need to practice reading and comprehension at home so that they become more proficient and confident readers.

R2R holds annual Backpack Drives which supply Rainbow Dreams Academy Charter School and their sister school, the Xernona Clayton School in Ghana Africa, with different school materials necessary for children to be able to participate in class and complete their homework.
